Shirley Cohen, Gres Cohen’s wife, has a long-standing history of supporting the EG Cohen Medal. Following Gres’s passing in 2008 her unwavering dedication has ensured the necessary funding for the production of these prestigious medals. Since the inception of the EG Cohen Medal the medals have been an important symbol of selflessness, excellence and accomplishment.

Recently, Shirley made a generous donation to Cohen Connect to enable us to continue valuable work within the community. Shirley’s support for both the EG Cohen Medal and her philanthropic contributions reflect her unwavering commitment to making a positive difference.
